Team Manager Bradford Council
Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Team Manager to join our team on an 8-month contract basis. As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of the West D&A Team at Bradford Children and Families Trust.
Candidate Responsibilities:
Managing a team of social workers and support staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to children and families
Providing leadership, guidance, and support to team members to promote professional development and growth
Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate and deliver effective interventions and support services
Monitoring team performance against set targets and KPIs, taking corrective actions as necessary
Contributing to the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and strategies to improve service deliveryBenefits:
Competitive salary £32.12 PAYE per hour exclusive of holiday pay or 40LTD per hour inclusive of holiday pay
