Location: County Hall, High Street, Newport, PO30 1UD
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Duration: 3+ Months
Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 09:00 – 17:00, 37 Hours per week
Pay Rate: £ 33.70 per hour

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to lead and manage a team effectively. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing team operations, ensuring productivity, and fostering a positive work environment.
Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate a team to achieve set objectives and deliver high-quality results.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance team performance and productivity.
Monitor team progress and provide constructive feedback and support as needed.
Facilitate communication and collaboration within the team and with other departments.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Identify training and development needs and provide opportunities for professional growth.
Person Specification
Proven experience in a leadership or managerial role, preferably in a similar industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve goals.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to adapt to changing environments and manage multiple priorities.
