Team Manager - MASH - Bromley - Join 3D Recruit We are excited to invite individuals interested in applying to the Children and Families Hub to understand the vital role this team plays in supporting children and families in need. The Children and Families Hub acts as a single gateway for early help and protection, and we are committed to ensuring that families receive timely and appropriate interventions. The core function of the Hub involves screening referrals to assess both early help requests and safeguarding concerns. Using a range of screening tools, we carefully explore the needs and risks presented in each case, ultimately identifying the most appropriate and effective support for families in need. The team is made up of a multi-agency workforce that includes 4 Team Managers, 12 Social Workers (some with specialisms such as No Recourse to Public Funds and Southwark Judgment), 3 Business Support Officers, and a Business Support Manager. Essential Requirements: * Candidates must have MASH experience for this role - we will ONLY consider candidates who have MASH experience Candidate must have Team Manager experience for this role. * Degree/Masters in Social Work and SWE registration. * 2+ years of post-qualification experience. * Strong knowledge of UK social care legislation and practice. * Right to work in UK Apply Now: Ready to make a difference?
