Team Manager required in Midlands paying inflated rates! 6 month contracts available!
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled leader to take on a pivotal role within a multi-disciplinary and multi-agency team, delivering high-quality safeguarding services that make a real difference in the lives of children and families.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage an integrated social work team, ensuring children receive timely and effective support that promotes their welfare.
Provide operational leadership and build strong partnerships with internal and external agencies.
Champion permanence planning and demonstrate expertise in court-related work.
Collaborate with fellow Team Managers to implement the Service Plan and foster a professional, learning-focused culture.
Promote restorative practice and co-produce care plans that address both intra-familial and extra-familial risks.Contact me for full information!
Requirements as a Social Worker include:
SWE Registration
Eligible to work in the UK
Drive and have access to a car
Post-qualified experience
