Description: Position: Team Manager - Service Manager Location: Birmingham, UK Type: Permanent, Full-time Company Overview: We are a leading provider of supported living services for adults with learning disabilities and low level mental health needs. With a focus on promoting independence and improving quality of life, we are dedicated to providing person-centered care and support to our service users. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Team Manager - Service Manager for our Birmingham location. Role Overview: As the Team Manager - Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our supported living service in Birmingham. You will manage a team of support staff and ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support to our service users. This is a great opportunity for a team leader looking to step up to a managerial role and make a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable adults.
