Job Description
Care First Recruitment Ltd. are currently recruiting for a 'Team Manager' (Social Care Qualified)' with a HCPC Registration.
We are looking for a highly motivated and exceptionally organised Social Care Manager. You will be leading a dynamic team of approx. 20 staff members. This is a pivotal role requiring a strong leader with a proven track record in safeguarding, complex case management, and fulfilling statutory responsibilities.
Key responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of social care professionals to deliver high-quality services.

Ensure compliance with statutory duties, including safeguarding and risk management.
*
Oversee complex casework, providing guidance and support to staff.
*
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
*
Collaborate with multi-agency partners to ensure holistic support for service users.
Essential:
*
Substantial experience in social care management.
*
In-depth knowledge of safeguarding legislation and best practices.
*
Strong organisational and leadership skills.
*
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
*
A relevant professional qualification - Social Work degre
All applicants must have a right to work in the UK, satisfactory references covering the past 5 years, and an Enhanced DBS
Pay: Starting from £35.13 per hour (plus accrued holiday pay)
