Overview
We are on the search for an enthusiastic and driven person to come and join our small team of 10 people based out of converted offices in a rural setting just on the outskirts of Banbury.
The ideal person will have extensive experience of working within a busy office environment, with strong typing skills in particular but also with experience of setting up and maintain both hard copy and digital filing systems.
Being a small team we need individuals who are willing and able to put their hand to anything, especially as no two days are usually the same!
Responsibilities
The role itself will include;
* Preparation of letters, reports, emails via copy typing from handwritten notes, digital dictation and/or drafting of communications yourself.
* Answering telephone calls, taking messages and/or dealing with queries as they arise.
* Organisation of diary requirements to include booking of accommodation, flights, car hire etc.
* Maintaining financial records for expenses and the like.
* The efficient management of multiple email accounts.
* Filing/Archiving – hard copy and digital formats, as required.
* Ad-hoc administrative tasks as required by the Management team to include a flair for research.
Requirements
* Proficient Audio typing experience.
* Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is essential.
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft office, Google Suite and other office software applications, with strong IT literacy.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
