Team Support - Join Our Dynamic Utilities Team!
Are you an organised and enthusiastic individual looking to make a difference in the utilities sector? We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Support member to join our dedicated team in Swansea! If you possess excellent communication and administrative skills, we want to hear from you!
Position: Team Support
Location: Swansea - all onsite
Pay Rate: £19.65 - £21.95 per hour
Contract Duration: 5 months with potential for extension
Hours: 37 per week Monday to Friday core hours 8am - 4pmWhat You'll Be Doing:
As a vital part of our team, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service. Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing for construction, maintenance, and replacement work while coordinating team activities.
Managing the team's response to network faults with efficiency and precision.
Communicating with customers through verbal and written responses to their inquiries.
Assisting the Team Manager with work programming to keep projects on track.
Inputting data into our databases to support field teams and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Collaborating with fellow team members and offering assistance whenever needed.What We're Looking For:

Communication Skills: Ability to engage effectively with customers and team members, both verbally and in writing.
Organisational Skills: Reliability and the ability to stay organised in a fast-paced environment.
Team Player: Comfort working as part of a small team and willingness to support others.
Initiative: A proactive approach to tasks and problem-solving.
