As a Tech & Data Recruiter, you'll be at the forefront of attracting and hiring the brightest minds in technology. Your expertise will guide candidates through a seamless hiring journey, influencing careers and enhancing the organisation's recruitment model. Group Sourcing & Supplier Management
Chief Technology Office
Security
Payments
Data & AnalyticsKey Responsibilities:
Manage the End-to-End Recruitment Process: Take charge from job requisition to offer acceptance.
Talent Attraction & Candidate Generation: Innovate ways to attract top-tier talent.
Candidate Management: Ensure every candidate has a positive experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Facilitate Assessments: organise and oversee assessments to evaluate candidates effectively.
Maintain ATS (Workday): Keep our applicant tracking system up to date and efficient.
Compliance Assurance: Ensure all recruitment processes adhere to company policies and standards.What You'll Bring:
Proven Experience: A solid track record in Tech & Data recruitment, with hands-on sourcing and assessment skills.
Market Understanding: Deep insights into the tech talent market, with the ability to transform complex briefs into actionable search strategies.
Workday Experience: Familiarity with Workday to manage recruitment processes smoothly.
Creative Job Ad Writing: A knack for crafting inclusive and engaging job advertisements that resonate with diverse audiences.
