Technical Lead – Digital Engineering (Full Stack + Cloud + Consulting)
You understand how digital gets built and how it gets stuck.
You will work with clients from idea to deployment, shaping platforms that scale and teams that deliver. The work sits at the intersection of software engineering, cloud architecture, and consulting, solving technical problems that matter and leading people who take pride in doing things properly.
You will guide a multidisciplinary team through design, build, and delivery, bringing technical depth, clear thinking, and the calm authority that comes from real experience.

What you’ll need
Strong full-stack development background with JavaScript and TypeScript, and ideally Python or Java.
Experience leading Agile delivery teams in complex, client-facing environments.
Practical understanding of modern cloud architecture across AWS, Azure or GCP.
Solid grasp of DevOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure-as-Code such as Terraform, Kubernetes, or GitHub Actions.
Ability to move comfortably between technical detail and big-picture thinking.
Experience contributing to pre-sales or solution design, shaping estimates, proposals, and client presentations.
Excellent communication: able to explain, influence, and build trust across both technical and business audiences.
UK citizenship and eligibility for SC clearance are essential for this role.
