About the Company
Our client is a globally recognised, independent security consultancy specialising in the design and delivery of advanced electronic security systems. They work with high-profile clients across sectors including finance, tech, critical infrastructure, and commercial real estate. With a focus on innovation, risk-led design, and system integration, they are known for delivering complex, large-scale security strategies on a global scale.
We are looking for someone with excellent technical knowledge with security systems (Lenel, C-Cure, Genetec, AMAG, Gallagher etc). Ideally suit someone from an integration background.
Responsibilities
Manage client escalations and relationships.
Sign off on proposals prepared by Project Managers.
Conduct proactive weekly client calls to drive actions and report progress.
Manage staff, including PMs or embedded teams for large clients.
Identify and develop opportunities through client engagement.
Provide strategic oversight of technical and client needs.
Collaborate with internal technical experts
Support embedded accounts within companies wider teams
Required Experience
Background in a technical role (e.g., hands-on experience at the start of your career would be helpful).
Experience with larger integrators, ideally those who operate globally.
Understanding of global markets within integration.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
Organisational and influencing skills.
Commercial awareness, including pricing documentation.
Experience managing teams of 2-8 people.
Resilient and adaptable in a global environment.
Energetic and proactive, with a drive to push opportunities forward.
Solid professional with ambition and enthusiasm.
