This is a new role with a reputable horticulture supplier that's been supporting the industry for over 60 years.
The Role
As Technical Account Manager, you'll be the main point of contact for existing customers, working to strengthen and develop these relationships further.
You'll provide tailored technical advice and commercial support across the full product range - including growing media, fertilisers, and crop protection products.
Your customer base will be across the West Midlands and North West England. You'll spend one day a week in the office, with the rest of your time split between working from home and visiting customers.
The aim is to help growers optimise crop performance while supporting growth in revenue and profitability.
You'll work closely with the commercial and business development teams, using the CRM system to log activity and ensure clear communication.
While most of your time will be focused on account management, there will also be some new business development, as the company continues to expand.What You'll Need
You might be in a customer-facing role already and looking to broaden your portfolio, or you could be a technically qualified grower ready for a new challenge - either way, we'd love to hear from you.
BASIS and/or FACTS, along with strong technical knowledge.
Training and support will be available for the right person.
A full driving licence is essential, and you'll be comfortable travelling and staying away overnight when needed.What You'll Get
