Technical Administrator
Epping | Temporary | 36 hours | Hybrid
£18 PAYE / £23.20 Umbrella
3-month contract
Are you an organised administrator with experience in housing assets and property services? We’re looking for a proactive Technical Administrator to support a housing association in Epping on a temporary basis.
The Role
As Technical Administrator, you’ll provide key support to the Housing Assets team, acting as the first point of contact for residents, contractors, and internal teams. You’ll:

Handle resident queries on repairs, adaptations, upgrades, capital works, and decorating schemes.
*
Coordinate reactive and planned works with surveyors, contractors, and providers within SLA timeframes.
*
Support the surveying team with inspections and compliance record-keeping.
*
Administer schemes such as internal decoration for the elderly and adaptation recommendations.
*
Raise and process works orders, purchase orders, and payment queries using Civica CX.
*
Manage the Property Assets inbox, ensuring timely responses.
*
Assist with FOI requests, complaints, and support colleagues with Civica CX as a super-user.
*
Maintain high standards of service and ensure statutory obligations are met.
About You
We’re looking for someone with strong administrative skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience in housing, property services, or working with contractors would be an advantage, as would knowledge of Civica CX.
