Join Our Team as a Technical Support Administrator! 🚀

Key Responsibilities:
· Customer Communication: Engage with UK customers, European distributors, and our sales team via phone and email to provide top-notch technical support. 📞✉️
· Assist UK customers with to enhance their industrial management.
· HSE Compliance: Collaborate with our sales team to ensure compliance with the latest HSE regulations.
· Sample Coordination: Prepare and send sample packs to customers, and analyse the returned samples. 📦
· Results Management: communicate findings effectively.
· Technical Enquiries: Address technical inquiries from customers and the sales team.
· R&D Liaison: Work with our internal laboratories Technical projects. 🔬
· Manufacturing Communication: Coordinate with our manufacturing sites in the UK and Europe for production and quality control.
· Technical Information Distribution: Ensure that technical information is shared seamlessly between Product Managers, Sales Team, and Distributors.
· Document Management: Oversee company Technical Data Sheets, Reference Papers, and Training Documentation. 📄
· Safety Compliance: Collaborate with outside consultants to keep Safety Data Sheets and UFI codes up-to-date.
· General Office Support: Assist the Office Team with various housekeeping duties as needed.
Skills Required:
· BSc in Chemistry
· Excellent communication skills.
· Well-organised and self-motivated.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Good level of IT skills. 💻

Working Hours:
· 37.5 hours per week.
· Monday to Friday: 08:30 - 17:00.
