Technical Administrator - Cwmbran
I am recruiting on behalf of my client, based in Cwmbran, for a Technical Administrator to join their team.
This is a full-time, on-site position, working Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide accurate and timely technical and commercial support to customers.
Interpret customer requirements and prepare and issue detailed quotations.
Deliver administrative support, including processing sales and purchase orders across all company sales divisions.
Verify incoming customer orders to ensure compliance with sales quotation policies.
Expedite customer purchase and sales orders through effective coordination with the supply chain.
Assist customers in resolving technical queries or issues related to the company's product range and their applications.
Ensure that all advice and information provided are accurate, up to date, and contribute to effective issue resolution.
Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's product range.
Take responsibility for adhering to personal, departmental, and company procedures, as well as meeting KPI targets.
Maintain accurate, organised, and detailed records and files for all customer jobs.
