Job Description
Technical Advisor
The successful candidate will take personal accountability for providing a responsive and effective service, as well as the following.
Key responsibilities:
* Provide CAD details and written text, to be included in product specifications.
* Assist in the creation of technical details
* Provide help desk support to customers requiring assistance with company products.
* Customers can be both internal and external.
* Advise customers of the technical merits and correct application of products
* Production and checking of waterproofing specifications
* Interpreting architectural drawings to offer advice and best practices in line with current industry guidance
* Remain up to date with industry guidance and legislation
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar role
