AN EXCELLENT OPPORTUNITY FOR A CHEMISTRY / SCIENCE QUALIFIED TECHNICAL ASSESSOR OR SITE CHEMIST LOOKING FOR A CHANGE IN ROLE, TO WORK AT A PROFESSIONAL HAZARDOUS WASTE MANAGEMENT COMPANY
TITLE: Technical Assessor – Hazardous Waste
SALARY: £26k plus benefits
Location: North West Birmingham
PREVIOUS ROLES MAY HAVE BEEN: Technical Assessor, Technical Support Chemist, Site Chemist, Hazpak Chemist
ROLE: Technical Assessor – Hazardous Waste
You will use your knowledge of hazardous Waste and chemistry to assess incoming waste streams based on information provided by the sales team, ensure they are classified correctly and identify correct cost and route of disposal
You will be client facing and also work with the sales team.
EXPERIENCE: Technical Assessor – Hazardous Waste
Experience working with hazardous waste is essential, ideally working as a Technical Assessor or as a Site Chemist looking for a new challenge
You will have a good standard of verbal and written communication, and be competent in Outlook, Word and Excel. Experience of directly interfacing with a client would be desirable.
YOU WILL HAVE Degree in Chemistry. Related Subjects e.g. Biochemistry

IOSH of NEBOSH safety qualification or similarBefore You Apply
