We are seeking a Technical Assistant to support the Technical team within a well-known food business, reporting into the Head of Technical. This role is based in London and involves providing technical expertise and administrative support to ensure efficiency.

Description
Provide technical support to the Technical team in their daily operations.
Assist with the preparation and maintenance of technical documentation and records.
Manage customer complaints.
Complete and collate accurate technical compliance reports
Support with allergen and nutritional data verification.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and company protocols in all technical activities.
Maintain and update technical databases and systems for accurate record-keeping.
Provide administrative support to managers within the department.Profile
A successful Technical Assistant should have:
A solid understanding of manufacturing processes.
Previous experience within the food industry.
A proactive mindset.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in technical documentation and IT systems.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tackling challenges.
