Technical Author - 56377 - Dunton (4days on-site/1 Remote) - £33.81/hour - Inside IR35

What You Will Do:
Create and update Body & Equipment Mounting Manuals (BEMM) using Adobe In-Design, ensuring content is clear, concise, and customer-focused.
Utilise 3D CAD data from TeamCentre and VisMockup to design layered images in Adobe Photoshop, incorporating annotations to explain technical changes.
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to consolidate input, facilitate discussions, and gain consensus on technical content for publication.
Manage updates to the BEMM in line with the company's loading/capacity chart, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of content.
Ensure all documentation is prepared for translation into multiple European languages, maintaining a global perspective throughout the authoring process.
Support the Senior Engineer by contributing to cross-functional discussions and delivering high-quality outputs.
What You Will Bring:
Expertise in Adobe In-Design, with experience in Class Styles, Anchoring, Hyperlinks, and managing tables and images.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, as well as familiarity with Catia 5, TeamCentre, VisMockup, and SharePoint.
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and SMEs.
A meticulous eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple updates while maintaining accuracy and consistency.
Experience in creating technical documentation that considers translation requirements and customer usability.
