Join a Leading FM Provider as a Contract Manager in a Landmark Canary Wharf Building

Are you a driven and experienced Contract Manager looking to take the next step in your career? Our client, one of the UK’s leading FM providers is seeking a talented professional to oversee operations within a prestigious, trophy building in Canary Wharf.

In this pivotal role, you’ll lead a team of both shift and day technicians while managing a P&L of £1.5 million. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who combines strong technical knowledge with exceptional leadership skills.

Our client is fully committed to developing their people, offering ongoing training, clear progression routes, and genuine opportunities to advance into Senior Management.

Key Responsibilities

  * Lead, motivate, and manage a team of day and shift technicians

  * Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and tenants.

  * Oversee and manage a £1.5m P&L

  * Identify and drive extra works opportunities

Requirements

  * Level 3 Electrical Installation (or equivalent)

  * Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role

  * Full UK Driving Licence

  * Right to work in the UK
