Technical Coordinator – CHP
c£40,000 plus vehicle & benefits
Stafford
MC Technical Recruitment are currently working with a leading international provider of sustainable energy and power generation solutions to recruit a Technical Coordinator to join their team based in Stafford.
This role will support the growing service team, by taking the lead on technical diagnostics, remote support, and occasional site-based assistance.
As the Technical Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
Provide telephone-based technical support for maintenance and service enquiries
Diagnose faults, recommend solutions, and support field engineers remotely
Liaise with customers and internal teams to coordinate planned and reactive works
Attend customer sites as needed to support with technical issues or commissioning
Maintain accurate service records and contribute to team improvement initiatives
Other duties as required
To be considered you should have:
Experience in a technical support or engineering coordination role (ideally within energy, CHP, or related sectors)
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Technically minded, with the ability to interpret data and support diagnostics
Comfortable with occasional UK travel to customer sites
Knowledge of energy systems or CHP technologies
