Technical Coordinator
Exeter, Devon | Permanent | Award-Winning Housebuilder
Sphere Solutions are working with a leading housing developer in Exeter to recruit a Technical Coordinator. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established, award-winning business and play a key role in the technical delivery of residential developments across the South West.
You’ll work as part of a collaborative technical team, supporting the Technical Project Managers and leading the coordination of drawings, approvals, and consultant input to ensure a smooth transition from planning to construction.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate the production and delivery of technical/working drawings
* Provide technical support t throughout the development lifecycle
* Assist in the management of external consultants
* Prepare and submit building regulations applications
* Support adoption processes for roads, sewers, and utilities
* Ensure timely and accurate information flow to site teams and stakeholders
What We're Looking For
* Experience in a technical or design role within a housebuilder, consultancy, or architectural practice
* Strong understanding of UK building regulations, planning requirements, and technical standards
* Experience coordinating external design consultants
* Excellent communication and IT skills
* Well-organised and confident working across multiple projects
