Technical Coordinator – 12-month FTC - Merseyside - c£38,000
Overview: Your opportunity to work for a leading food manufacturer in a unique position supporting NPD with trials in the technical information.
About You:
* As Technical Coordinator, you will need experience of working in a UK food manufacturer.
* Competent in food safety, quality and legislation.
* Excellent communication skills, written and oral.
* You will be proficient in all Microsoft packages.
What will you be doing?
* The Technical Coordinator will be accountable for liaising with all departments to bridge between QA, Specifications, development and production relating to NPD.
* Attending all trials and launches including new equipment, process and packaging.
* Building strong relationships with all departments in the business.
* Collation and collaboration of ingredients brought on site ensuring all allergens are labelled correctly.
