Role Overview
As Technical Coordinator, you will act as a central figure in organising engineering-related processes and documentation, facilitating collaboration across Engineering, Manufacturing, and Procurement. You will manage technical files, control documents, and support product readiness from concept through to delivery, playing a critical part in maintaining their engineering excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day technical and administrative support to the Engineering team.
Coordinate Toolbox Talks, Engineering to Order (ETO) processes, and Engineering Change Requests (ECRs).
Manage and maintain:
Switch plates, rating plates, wiring numbers, and BC numbers.
Digital artworks for sticker packs, weight/shipping decals.
Calibration certificates, build records, and test documentation.
Print and validate engineering schematics to ensure project compliance.
Work closely with Manufacturing, Manufacturing Engineering, and Procurement teams to align engineering outputs with production timelines.
Qualifications & Experience
ONC qualified in Engineering or currently pursuing a recognised engineering certification.
Proven experience in a technical coordination or administrative role, ideally within engineering or manufacturing environments.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), databases, and document control systems.
Experience with Illustrator or similar graphics software (desirable).
Knowledge of decal/label design and print processes is advantageous.
Understanding of engineering drawings, production terminology, and technical workflows.
