Evolve-IT’s client is at the forefront of sustainable transport innovation. Their technology helps cities, communities, and large-scale organisations move people more efficiently, reducing congestion and cutting carbon emissions in the process. From on-demand shared mobility systems to integrated employee transport platforms, they’re building tools that genuinely make an impact.
We’re now looking to speak with experienced Technical Delivery or Implementation Specialists who are confident managing the full lifecycle of service launches—from pre-sales discussions through to live operations. There are 2 vacancies, can be fully remote across the UK – although there is a slight preference towards candidates from the West Midlands, and may involve some travel to support project rollouts on site.
Responsibilities:
* Leading the rollout and ongoing management of innovative transport solutions across the UK
* Supporting project delivery across both public sector and corporate partners
* Engaging with stakeholders, providing training, and overseeing deployments
* Offering technical insight during pre-sales and proof-of-concept stages
* Acting as a point of contact for operational needs throughout delivery of service
The ideal candidate:
* 5+ years’ experience in a service delivery, implementation, or customer success role within a tech/SaaS environment
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills—you’re great at translating between technical and non-technical audiences
* Good working knowledge of software and tools like Jira, Confluence, Slack
* An understanding of how digital services are developed and maintained (you don’t need to be an engineer, but you’ll be working closely with them)
* A flexible mindset—you’re comfortable working remotely and occasionally travelling within the UK when needed
