At M Group Telecom, we’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future. We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators. This role will be within our Fixed networks team, you’ll join our people who support providing turnkey solutions for the surveying, designing, building and commissioning new networks, while supporting the repair, maintenance and operation of existing networks. Want to come and be a part of it?   What will you be doing? We are looking for a Technical Delivery Specialist to join our Telecoms Division. This role focuses on improving performance, supporting development, and driving positive outcomes across our teams. You will work with managers and employees to identify what is working well and where improvements can be made. You will design coaching plans that help people grow and succeed. You will run one-to-one and group sessions that give practical support and guidance. Training is a key part of this role. You will create and deliver programmes that build skills and knowledge. You will work closely with our Learning and Development team so that coaching and training fit together. Goal setting is another important area. You will help employees set clear and realistic goals. You will track progress and give feedback that helps people stay on course. Motivation matters. You will encourage a culture where people feel positive and accountable. You will recognise achievements and make sure success is celebrated. Collaboration is essential. You will work with HR, managers, and quality teams to keep coaching aligned with company objectives. You will share updates and insights with senior leaders, so they understand trends and progress. Data will guide your work. You will use performance metrics to spot patterns and shape coaching strategies. You will prepare reports that show outcomes and share these with stakeholders. This is a role for someone who enjoys helping others succeed. You will have experience in working with different stakeholders and building positive relationships. You will be able to explain ideas clearly and adapt your approach to suit different audiences. You will have the confidence to present findings and share recommendations with senior leaders. You will be organised and able to manage your time so that projects are delivered on schedule. You will bring energy and a commitment to continuous improvement. You will enjoy working in a fast-moving environment and will be ready to respond to changing priorities.
