Due to continued growth and an expanding project pipeline, they are now seeking a talented Technical Designer to join their design and delivery team.

About the Role

As Technical Designer, you will play a key role in turning concept designs into fully coordinated technical drawing packages, ensuring seamless delivery on site. You’ll collaborate closely with designers, project managers, subcontractors, and clients to produce precise and compliant details that reflect both creative intent and practical buildability.

Key responsibilities include:

    Producing detailed technical drawings, floor plans, elevations, and joinery packages.

  * 

    Translating concept designs into accurate construction information.

  * 

    Coordinating with project teams, M&E consultants, and subcontractors to resolve design queries.

  * 

    Ensuring drawings comply with building regulations, industry standards, and project specifications.

  * 

    Supporting site teams during the construction phase with technical clarification and updates.

  * 

    Identifying design risks, clashes, and value-engineering opportunities.

  * 

    Managing drawing revisions and ensuring documentation is up to date and accurately issued.

Requirements

  * 

    Previous experience as a Technical Designer or Technical Coordinator within commercial interiors, fit-out, or a similar design environment.

  * 

    Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software (depending on company preference).

  * 

    Excellent understanding of construction detailing, joinery, and buildability.

  * 

    Ability to interpret and develop concept designs into technical deliverables.

  * 

    Strong communication and coordination skills.

  * 

    High attention to detail and a methodical approach to drawing production.

  * 

    Relevant qualifications in interior architecture, architectural technology, or a related discipline
