Who We’re Looking For
* A hands-on engineer with strong capability in both mechanical and electrical design.
* Proven experience in innovation and bringing new products successfully to market.
* Ideally, you’ll be named on patents — or at the very least, eager to have your name on one.
* Practical as well as theoretical: perhaps you run your own workshop, or can machine/fabricate parts yourself — because that hands-on approach sharpens design and prototyping.
* Commercially astute: you understand customer needs, market drivers, and what makes a great product commercially viable.
