Job Description
Technical Software Documentation Officer:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Technical Software Documentation Officer to support multiple software development teams in a high-integrity, safety-critical environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills and a passion for process, documentation, and delivery support across the software lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Support software configuration and documentation for multiple programmes
Interface with software engineers, project leaders, and internal teams
Ensure documentation is complete and compliant for software releases
Assist with integration deliverables and project planning activitiesEssential Skills:
Strong MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, etc.)
Experience in formal software processes within regulated sectors (e.g. defence, rail, healthcare, nuclear, aerospace)
