We are looking for a Technical Energy Engineer to join our successful Ignite team. This role is based in our Harrogate office. To be successful within this role you must be able to provide second line escalation technical support to customers and project team members, primarily focussing on the day-to-day reactive queries raised to the support team and by the Site Support Manager. The successful candidate will be working in collaboration with our Site Support Customer Service team, Site Support Manager and Technical Energy Manager to identify areas of energy saving opportunities by fully managing the BMS Solutions. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: > Providing second line Technical Support to the Site Support Team > Work in collaboration with our Technical Energy Manager to assist software updates & resolve complex issues > Be able to analysis and report common issue trends > Work with field engineers to assist with issues > Exploring & implementing energy saving opportunities > Proactively review client strategies and provide recommendations to improve efficiency > Develop relationships with key stakeholders within clients > Document and present energy savings that have been achieved by proactive actions > Producing proactive technical support reports for customers around site temperatures, operating strategies etc. You must read and comply with the company Health & Safety Policy; taking reasonable care for the Health & Safety of themselves and others; co-operate with managers and other employees in fulfilling our objectives and statutory duties.
