Are you a fire and security design engineer with managerial experience?
Are you looking to join a company who provide the opportunity to work with bespoke products and offer an employee ownership scheme?

They have been established for over 25 years and are growing rapidly in the security and fire industry, being a trusted partner for dozens of large scale commercial projects. They design their own bespoke security systems and provide a complete consultancy service to all of their clients.
On offer is the chance to become a vital asset to the business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design and conceptualisation of the systems. They will be leading a team of design engineers to meet deadlines and provide the best security solutions for the clients. You will also be conducting inspections on site and regularly consulting with clients.
This role would suit a fire and security design engineer, looking to join a company and manage the design of commercial security systems for high-end projects in London.
The Role:
Oversee the design and development of fire/security systems for high-end commercial projects in London
Manage and mentor junior design engineers
Ensure compliance with British standards and UK safety regulations
Review and validate designs, drawings, and documentation
Assist in delivering client training on completed systems
Conduct inspections on site to assist in the concept design of new systems
The Person:
Experience in a managing design engineer role in the fire and security industry
Ability to obtain SC clearance
Full UK driving licence
