Are you a technically strong finance professional with fluency in a European language and a deep understanding of pan-European financial legislation?
We're working on behalf of a high-growth, international technology client to find a qualified finance expert who can bridge the gap between local European compliance and global reporting standards. This is a pivotal role in supporting the company's operations across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring financial integrity, compliance, and scalability across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage statutory and regulatory financial reporting across several European entities.
* Ensure compliance with local GAAP and regulatory frameworks across Europe.
* Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and internal stakeholders.
* Support the rollout of finance systems, controls, and processes in line with company growth.
* Collaborate with global finance and legal teams to maintain best practices in financial governance.
You'll Need:
* A recognised finance qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
* Proven experience working with European finance legislation and reporting standards.
* Strong technical accounting knowledge and hands-on experience in multinational or tech-driven environments.
* Fluency in English and at least one European language.
* Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Netsuite or similar) is a plus.
