Job Description
We’re expanding our instructor team across several engineering disciplines at a new, industry-specific college in Riyadh—aligned to Vision 2030. If you’re an experienced technician/engineer who enjoys hands-on training and helping early-career technicians gain real shop-floor skills, we’d love to hear from you.

Electronics & Embedded Systems / PCB / Automation

Composites Manufacturing & Repair (MRO)

MRO – Land Systems (armoured/heavy equipment)
*
Chemical Technology (process/plant fundamentals)
What you’ll do
*
Prepare, deliver and assess theory + practical training to industry standards.
*
Develop labs, projects and assessments; maintain workshop/lab safety and equipment.
*
Track progress and provide structured feedback; contribute to QA/IV and program improvement.
What you’ll bring (essentials)
*
3+ years’ recent industry experience in your discipline (manufacturing/defence context ideal).
*
Relevant Diploma/Degree (or recognised professional certifications).
*
Strong English—minimum working proficiency (CEFR B1).
*
Health & safety awareness; willingness to complete enhanced background/security checks.
Nice to have: Prior TVET/college teaching; Level 4 Certificate in Education & Training/PGCE (or willingness to complete on program); Assessor/Verifier (CAVA/TAQA); experience with VR/AR; Lean Six Sigma/PMP/PRINCE2.
Salary & benefits (non-negotiable package)

Base SAR 17,000 / month (tax-free)
*
Housing allowance SAR 4,250 + Transport SAR 500 + Flight allowance SAR 500
*
Total monthly gross: SAR 22,250
*
Onboarding flights (if outside KSA), private medical, visa costs covered, Iqama transfer covered (if inside KSA), 30 days annual leave, End of Service Award.
