Location: National – Can work in Cheltenham or London
Contract Type: Permanent (Hybrid and Flexible)
Required Salary: Negotiable depending on experience

Job Role
To process London Market Insurance underwriting data accurately and efficiently. This role ensures that technical knowledge is effectively utilised to support team success and enhance service delivery.
Key responsibilities
Process London Market Insurance underwriting data in line with relevant procedural guidelines.
Analyse technical data and calculate transactions, including limits, premiums, and deductions.
Manage internal and external queries to ensure accurate and efficient data processing.
Identify skills and knowledge gaps within the team and design/deliver effective training solutions.
Organise and track documentation to provide clear direction on workflow priorities.
Produce and approve internal and external client reports.
Recommend enhancements to procedural guides and ensure approved changes are well-documented and communicated.
Participate in client governance meetings, offering solutions to technical challenges.
Develop and implement procedural guides for new clients and services from initiation to final approval.
Support the promotion of company services and contribute to the proposal process.
Assist in onboarding new clients and services
Personal Skills
Strong understanding of the insurance market, structure, and regulations.
Ability to clearly articulate the services provided by PMA and PCIS.
Experience with direct and reinsurance placements.
Ability to interpret insurance documentation and data.
Strong understanding of relevant classes of business to facilitate client discussions.
Awareness of the latest market initiatives.
Knowledge of resource planning and optimization.
Minimum CII Certificate in Insurance.
