The Role
As Technical Lead, you’ll be at the heart of delivering complex LED lighting and control system projects. From conducting detailed site surveys to managing technical specifications, you’ll ensure every project runs smoothly and to the highest standard. You’ll liaise closely with clients and internal teams, providing technical expertise that builds trust, drives efficiency, and unlocks commercial opportunities.
Key responsibilities include:

Carrying out site surveys nationwide to assess and specify lighting upgrades

Managing project timelines, technical documentation and delivery standards
*
Engaging directly with clients to explain technical solutions in clear, professional terms
*
Supporting lighting design and collaborating with sales and operations teams
*
Identifying additional opportunities for innovation and improvement
Role Requirements
*
Qualified electrician (with up-to-date certifications)
*
5+ years’ experience in commercial/industrial LED lighting projects
*
Strong project management and organisational skills
*
Confident communicator with a client-focused mindset
*
Flexibility to travel extensively across the UK (full driving licence required)
