Are you a Technical Manager, Senior Electrical Engineer or Electrical Design Engineer looking to take ownership of engineering standards, compliance and technical approval within a growing renewable energy business?
On offer is an opportunity to join an expanding company at the forefront of the UK's transition towards sustainable energy. You'll become the senior technical authority within the business, overseeing electrical design, compliance and project delivery across a range of commercial and industrial renewable energy projects.
This company specialises in the design and installation of Solar PV and Battery Storage systems and is seeking an experienced electrical professional to lead the technical function. Whilst experience within Solar PV is advantageous, applications are welcomed from engineers with strong backgrounds in electrical design, power distribution, building services, industrial installations, switchgear, controls or other related electrical engineering sectors.

You will play a key role in developing engineering standards and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with current regulations.
This is a technical leadership position rather than a people-management role, making it ideal for an engineer who enjoys solving complex problems, making key technical decisions and acting as the subject matter expert for the wider business.
The Role:
Act as the senior technical authority across electrical engineering projects
Review and approve electrical designs, calculations and technical documentation
Provide technical support to project, design and installation teams
