V7 Recruitment are working with a reputable, forward-thinking Residential Builder in their search for a Technical Manager to join their team in Manchester.

Previous experience as a Technical Manager within the new build housing sector is advantageous 
Highly motivated with a proactive and ambitious attitude
Strong organisational and management skills
Used to working in a fast paced environment
Hands on approach 
AutoCAD experience will be beneficialsKey Responsibilities:
Working on projects from tender stage taking responsibility for the tender packs highlighting risks, opportunities and any anticipated commercial issues.
Ensuring projects are being built in line with current building regulations.
Once sites are accepted doing full technical appraisals/ reviews ensuring the full technical team required is in place ahead of construction.
Liaising with the external technical team including architect and engineers from precon through to handover.
Working with building control.
