Technical Manager – £60,000 – Crawley
Location: Crawley, West Sussex
Full-Time | Permanent
Are you an experienced Electrical professional with strong leadership skills and HV/LV Authorised Person certification? We’re looking for a Technical Manager to join a leading facilities and engineering services provider based in Crawley.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the safe and compliant delivery of all electrical services across the site.
*
Lead a team of engineers and ensure delivery of PPM, reactive maintenance, and small works.
*
Act as the High Voltage and Low Voltage Authorised Person (AP) for the site.
*
Drive improvements in compliance, safety, and operational performance.
*
Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure high standards of service delivery.
Requirements:
*
Level 3 Electrical qualification or equivalent (City & Guilds / NVQ / AM2 / 18th Edition).
*
HV/LV Authorised Person certification (essential).
*
Proven experience in technical building services or critical environments.
*
Strong knowledge of statutory compliance and H&S regulations.
*
Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
