THE JOB
Our client, an established and highly regarded building services provider is seeking a Technical Manager to lead a 5-person team on a high-profile commercial building in the City of London.
This is a great opportunity for a Supervisor or Manager looking for the next step in their career, or an established manager looking to join a leading private service provider.
As well as supervising the delivery of planned and reactive maintenance to the plantroom and landlord areas of the building, delivery of statutory compliance including RAMS and logbooks is a key requirement of the job.
TECHNICAL MANAGER - DUTIES
Establishment and day-to-day management of Planned Preventative Maintenance Schedule
Providing leadership and assistance to a team in delivering planned and reactive maintenance to the plant room and landlord services.
Supervision of permanent/temporary workers, and subcontractors.
Strong & effective communication with the client; answering client queries & complaints.
Financial responsibility; WIP Reports etc.
Computer literacy & timely communication.
TECHNICAL MANAGER - REQUIREMENTS
Engineering qualification in a mechanical or HVAC discipline.
Good Customer relationship skills.
Supervisory/Management experience within M&E building maintenance.
Experience managing compliance within building services.
TECHNICAL MANAGER - PACKAGE & BENEFITS:
Salary - £60,000
This is a permanent position in a well-established building services provider, with opportunities to take part in training courses, such as ILM, L8 Legionella, IOSH, and lots more.
Monday to Friday; 8 am to 5 pm.
25 days annual leave.
