Technical Manager (BMS Background)
Location: Yorkshire / North West / North East
Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 DOE
About the Role:
RG Setsquare are working with a reputable client in the FM sector. Our client, a trusted provider of maintenance services, is seeking an experienced Technical Manager to join their team. You'll be overseeing a team of BMS engineers covering maintenance works across the whole of the North Region on commercial contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure all duties are performed in full compliance with ECS Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) policies.
Lead, mentor and develop a team of engineers, ensuring consistent performance in line with company standards.
Conduct regular engineer appraisals and performance reviews to support career growth and identify development opportunities
Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
Oversee the care and maintenance of all control equipment across sites under service agreements, ensuring optimal functionality and compliance with company policies.
Provide regular updates to line manager and other relevant stakeholders regarding ongoing work and progress.
Lead commissioning of various DCC control systems.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in a service engineering or technical management role with a strong background in BMS & DCC control systems.
Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and the ability to enforce policies effectively.
Strong knowledge of reactive and planned maintenance processes.
Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
Full UK driving license.
Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
Professional and customer-focused approach.
