Technical Operator
Starting salary £27,936.00 per annum + overtime available
Monday to Friday 08.00-16.30
Kettering, Northamptonshire
Our client is seeking a Technical Operator who is responsible for delivering accurate results and who can service client needs to a high standard.

Some of the job detail includes:
Follow current work instructions for maintaining accurate record keeping.
Deliver work to the highest standards
Show flexibility and openness to new tasks and training.
Consistently work to achieving individual KPI
Raise new part number requests when required
Notify leadership of inventory discrepancies or non-conformities immediately
Accurately log all parts used to ensure inventory quantities are correct
Collaborate effectively with others in the department to achieve business goals
Conduct all communications with customers franchisees in an effective way, always using professional language
Demonstrate a consistent focus on the providing the high levels of customer satisfaction expected
Actively seek ways to reduce waste or improve service
Aide Manager in departmental process development
Help in maintaining a culture of continuous improvement
We are looking for someone who:
Has prior technical experience in assembly of mechanical equipment in an engineering business
Can work safely and independently
Can achieve daily targets
Is IT literate and has experience with ERP systems and/or digital job cards
Can collaborate with team to ensure daily tasks are performed and improve SOP’s
Can read & write fluently in English and conduct themselves professionally in customer communications.
