Job Title: Technical Operator( Machine operator)
Location: Sutton Bridge
Shift Pattern: 12-Hour Day Shifts – 4 on / 4 off
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Are you an experienced and motivated individual looking to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We’re currently recruiting for a Technical Operator to join team at busy factory based in Sutton Bridge.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure smooth and efficient performance.

Perform regular quality checks and basic maintenance on equipment.
*
Identify and troubleshoot technical faults to minimise downtime.
*
Follow all health and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
*
Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in a similar technical or machine operating role within a manufacturing or factory environment.

Good mechanical understanding and problem-solving skills.
*
Ability to work a 12-hour day shift pattern (4 days on, 4 days off).

Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
