Job Description
Job Title: Line Setter / Tech Op (Full-Time, Permanent)
Location: Waterlooville
Pay: £14.00 per hour ( Pay review to increase to £15 per hour after 3 months) (Initially £17.16 with shift allowance on late shift)
Shift Options:
6am - 3pm, Monday to Friday
6am - 5pm, Monday to Thursday
2pm - 10pm, Monday to Friday - Main shift currently recruiting for.
Overview:
Our client is seeking experienced Line Setters / Tech Ops to join their expanding team. The successful candidates will be expected to hit the ground running, with proven experience in setting up packaging lines within a FMCG environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Change over and monitor production equipment to ensure optimal performance throughout the packaging process.
Perform regular maintenance on equipment.
Troubleshoot issues that arise during production.
Adhere to safety protocols and company policies.
Candidate Requirements:
Proven experience in a FMCG packaging line setting is essential.
Familiarity with tooling, materials handling, and basic math skills for measurement and calculations.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs.
