Job Description
What I need:
* Currently Technical Project Manager, Technical Lead, Technical Manager, Production Manager – from Live Events and Production
* Alternatively, can currently be an AV Technician, so 3 years+ experience or Senior AV Technician within Live Events and Production
* Leeds Based
Seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of AV and Event Production solutions across a diverse range of events and venues.
If you are Technically minded and experienced individual in the events world, with a client facing and project management experience - this could be the role for you!

Responsibilities:
* Be the primary point of contact from start to finish, handling client enquiries and shaping their ideas into creative, well-costed proposals.
* Assist with preparation and rigging/set up of AV Production for events hands on
* Ensure projects move smoothly through every stage, from detailed specifications and logistics schedules to on-site coordination.
* Lead crews on-site, ensuring every event runs seamlessly.
* Collaborating with venues and suppliers to deliver flawless experiences.
* After each event, help review what went well and identify areas for improvement.
* Support the senior team with reporting and ideas for business growth.
* Work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment where no two days are the same.
What we’re looking for?
* Self-motivated organiser with a strong background in live event production.
* Experience and a great understanding with lighting, audio, and video setups, and comfortable both behind a spec sheet and on-site.
* Confident managing multiple projects simultaneously and excelling with clients.
* Ability to thrive under pressure with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail and a team player with leadership ability when required.
* A clean UK driving licence is essential
