Are you an experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong electrical background, looking to work with a market leading manufacturer in the controls and switchgear sector? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company with expertise in designing, manufacturing, and installing LV switchgear solution
As a Technical Project Manager you'll be joining a business that prides itself on delivering high quality, reliable products and a personal, tailored service to every client. This role offers the chance to manage full project lifecycles, work closely with talented engineering teams, and lead the delivery of critical electrical infrastructure projects, all while enjoying a collaborative environment with clear development opportunities.
As a Technical Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:
* Manage full project lifecycle from sales handover to close-out, ensuring scope, budget, and timelines are met.
* Develop and oversee project plans, coordinating engineering, design, installation, and commissioning of LV switchgear.
* Lead subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams while maintaining strong client relationships and regular updates.
* Ensure compliance with IEC, BS, EN, and H&S standards, and deliver final documentation and lessons learned.
The successful Technical Project Manager should have:
* Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent industry experience).
* 3+ years' project management experience in switchgear, electrical, or power sectors.
* Strong technical understanding of switchgear systems, testing, and commissioning.
