Technical Project Supervisor (Electrical Bias)
Docklands, London |
£58,000 + Bonus + Private Healthcare
We’re seeking a professional and organised Technical Project Supervisor to support the delivery of maintenance and small works across a high-profile mixed-use estate in the Docklands. This is a non–hands-on role, ideal for someone with an electrical background who excels in contractor supervision, compliance, and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
* Review and manage Risk Assessments & Method Statements (RAMS)
* Issue and oversee permits to work
* Supervise external contractors delivering small projects including:
* Waterproofing works
* Street lighting replacements
* Paving and resurfacing
* Public realm improvements
* Ensure full Health & Safety compliance across the estate
* Liaise with tenants, stakeholders, and internal teams to coordinate works
* Maintain accurate records and support audits and reporting
What You’ll Need
* Recognised electrical qualification (e.g. NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition)
* Knowledge of RAMS, permit to work systems, and H&S legislation
* Experience managing contractors in a technical or estate environment
* Strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills
* IOSH/NEBOSH (preferred, or willingness to work towards)
