This will involve troubleshooting technical issues, supporting platform rollouts, managing systems and data, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. The Role:

Provide technical support for connected platforms and devices
Troubleshoot hardware, connectivity, and cloud-based issues
Assist with project delivery, rollouts, and system management
