This is a fast-paced, proactive role that requires disciplined CRM management and strong collaboration with the wider sales team to consistently achieve targets and performance indicators. Salary: £40,000 - £55,000p/a
Location: Battle, East Sussex

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors and key accounts
Win new business through expert advice and trust-building
Provide technical and estimation support on live projects
Attend client meetings and follow up to secure orders
Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records
Support the team by delivering internal training where needed
Skills, Experience & Training Requirements
Target-driven with proven sales skills
Strong technical knowledge and estimation ability
Familiarity with the construction industry
Confident in providing project and product advice to clients
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
