Job Description
The Role:
We are looking for a motivated and driven Technical Sales Consultant to support our growing sales team. You’ll be responsible for contacting homeowners and estate agents, booking meetings, delivering product presentations, and managing customer relationships.
You will receive full training on our systems, with a clear career path and strong earning potential.
Key Responsibilities:

Schedule appointments with homeowners to present smart home solutions
*
Engage with estate agents and developers to update sales records and generate leads
*
Conduct Zoom and face-to-face presentations to showcase smart home packages
*
Build long-term relationships with customers to drive repeat business
*
Use CRM software to log activities and report to internal teams
*
Stay up to date with smart home technologies and market trends
*
Collaborate with the wider sales team to hit targets and KPIs
Desirable Technical Knowledge:
Prior experience with the following systems is a bonus (full training provided):

Ubiquiti Networks
*
Lutron RA2/RA3 lighting control
*
Ajax security systems and CCTV
*
Automated blinds and windows
*
Multi-room audio and home cinema
About You:

Proven experience in sales, especially cold calling and lead generation

Excellent communication and people skills
*
Tech-savvy with an interest in smart home products
*
Organised, proactive, and results-driven
*
Comfortable working both independently and in a team
*
Willingness to learn and grow within the role
What’s on Offer:

£22,000–£35,000 base salary (dependent on experience)

Uncapped commission – realistic OTE of £60,000+
