Job Title: Hydraulic Technical Sales Representative

The Role
We are looking for a driven and knowledgeable Hydraulic Technical Sales Representative to join our team. This is a site-based position, working closely with our engineering, sales, and operations teams to manage customer accounts, develop new business, and provide technical support.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the primary point of contact for hydraulic product sales and support
* Work closely with customers to understand technical requirements and recommend appropriate hydraulic solutions
* Manage and grow existing client accounts while identifying new business opportunities
* Provide product quotations, technical documentation, and follow-ups to support the full sales process
* Liaise with internal teams (engineering, procurement, production) to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions and project statuses using internal CRM systems
* Stay up to date with industry trends and new technologies in hydraulic systems
Requirements
* Proven experience in a technical sales or customer-facing engineering role
* Hydraulic experience is essential – knowledge of components such as valves, cylinders, pumps, hoses, and fittings
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
* Confident working independently and as part of a team
* Good organisational skills and attention to detail
* IT literate with experience using CRM and Microsoft Office tools
